Unlike other 360 tours, the images in these tours are all individually edited so each image looks the best it can. We can also incorporate drone photography for a stunning bird’s eye view of the entire neighbourhood.

360 DEGREE TOURS AND COVID-19

Because of the current situation with Covid-19 in Canada and around the world as well as the travel restrictions to enter NB, many potential buyers cannot view homes in person easily. This has made it difficult for out of province buyers to be able to view homes in our area. However, because of the extremely low case numbers of Covid-19 in NB (hopefully it stays that way!), many people are moving here from everywhere and the real estate market is HOT!

With our 360 degree virtual tours, potential buyers can virtually walk through your home, look around and go to different rooms as if they were actually there. Because these tours are made up of photographs instead of a cameraman filming a video, the viewer of a 360 virtual tour is completely in control of how and what they explore in the home. It is the closest thing to actually being present in the space. Our 360 tours are also virtual reality headset compatible and can be easily shared through social media. Ken can make live calls from the tours themselves with buyers from anywhere in the world. This allows him to have virtual showings any time and any day of the week without the need for you to tidy up or to worry about having people from outside your bubble inside your home. 

With 360 tours, buyers are more confident about purchasing homes “sight unseen” when travel restrictions make it difficult to view a property in person. As a home owner listing your home during this time, 360 tours are one of the safest ways to sell your home. They also increase the amount of potential buyers from markets outside of our province and tend to produce showings with more serious potential buyers. Ken also has the ability to do live Zoom calls from within the home at the request of potential buyers and sellers.

Having said that, in-person showings between agents and clients are still being done when necessary while following all the federal and provincial Covid-19 safety protocols.
